The Circle of Influence Awards Reception, (COI Awards) last Thursday, November 30, 2017, proved to be a successful event! Well over 250 people attended, this first-time event! As co-creator of this magnificent event, the objective was to recognize and honor influencers that positively impact the communities in which they live. The COI Awards is about bridging the gap and promoting cooperation and collaboration between influencers of past generations (like the Civil Rights Movement) that impacted social and economic change and paved the way for the influencers of today. Influencers of today have continued to be trail blazers making significant impact in corporate America, business, entrepreneurship, technology and social media to name a few.
